N.Y.A (Not Your Average) –  N.Y.A, short for Not Your Average, is a collective of artists built on loyalty, real-life experiences, and a shared hunger to rise above the ordinary. The movement was started by brothers CamDaMan and BloccDaDon, who first began rapping and creating songs together in the most organic way possible—freestyling and recording ideas while riding around in the car. What started as a passion between two brothers quickly turned into something bigger. As the music started gaining energy, they brought in their day-one homeboys Surgical2x, NYA Sosa, and Moneygud, turning the vision into a full movement. While the members collaborate often, N.Y.A isn’t built like a traditional rap group where everyone moves as one act. Instead, it’s a brotherhood of individual artists who support each other while building their own lanes and identities. Rooted mostly out of Saginaw, Michigan, N.Y.A represents different backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences. Some members come from other places, but the foundation stays the same—authentic street energy, real stories, and music that reflects where they came from and where they’re headed. Each member brings a different style, voice, and personality to the table, but together they represent the meaning behind the name: Not Your Average. It’s more than music—it’s a mindset, a brand, and a statement that they’re here to stand out, not blend in. Living by the motto: ITS NOT IF WE WIN..ITS WHEN WE WIN!
